Let us help you manage and maintain your client database!

We use the administrative talents of the Virtual Staffing Team to organize and manage your client data in a secure environment, and will provide you with a monthly list of clients who require pop-bys and we will update the label on each of your pop-bys to include your clients name and address.

The list you receive will come to you complete with names, addresses, and phone numbers of your clients that you need to take your pop-bys to that month, and a map and directions to each of their homes!

Your Pop-Bys will already be labeled with your clients' name and address!

How it works:

  1. You can choose to purchase month by month (each month you log in and pre-pay for the next month's service) or you can pay for your whole year in advance and receive a 15% discount off the total.
  2. After your purchase, a Virtual Staffing Team representative will get in touch by phone or email (based on what you've entered in your account details), and will work with you to acquire your data.
  3. You provide us with your entire list of clients in electronic format (.xls or .csv ideally)
  4. We upload this data into our secure online project management system
  5. A Virtual Staffing Team Administrative Assistant will organize and categorize your list of clients
  6. You tell us which months you wish to provide your clients' with pop-bys and how many clients, and we'll pull a unique list from your secure database.
    • By 'unique' we mean that if you have a list of 200 clients, and want to send 50 pop-bys each quarter, we'll make sure you send your pop-bys to a different 50 clients each time and ensure there's no overlap.
    • We'll even double check if you share clients with another competitor and make sure you and your competitor are not sending pop-bys or cards to the same client at the same time.
  7. We then provide you with your list of clients to take your pop-bys to, along with a map and driving directions by email, and a physical copy to accompany your already labeled pop-bys!
  8. If you've pre-paid for an entire year, this becomes an automated process and you don't have to do a thing!

Requirements:

  1. If you choose to pay only for the months you want the service (say January, March, April, and October), we ask that you please purchase your service 30 days' in advance in order to have time to compile your lists.
  2. Your data must already be in electronic format. If you require assistance with data entry, please contact Jen at the Virtual Staffing Team (jen@virtualstaffingteam.com) and she will discuss your needs and provide you with a cost for converting your data into an electronic format.
  3. This service does not include the cost of your pop-bys, and you must purchase a minimum of 30 pop-bys for the month(s) you wish to utilize the Client Connector Plus services.

Frequently Asked Questions:

  • I acquire new or potential clients all the time. How do I keep my data updated after providing you with the initial client list?
    • A Virtual Staffing Team representative will contact you at the beginning of each month you are scheduled to send pop-bys or cards to your clients to see if you have any updates for your database.
